On a return visit this January 2023 to Het Plein we saw how the school was developing since its completion in 2014. Changes to study subjects have seen advances in theatre/ film/ special effect with the current pupils. This has resulted in adaptations to the large aula space, with a new lighting rig and black out curtains added. We were glad to see that the robust spaces of the school were able to adapt and grow successfully with the schools new curriculum.
The proposed outside open public space beneath the school bridge was never realised and now overlooks the outside play space of a new school, as well as the recreation area of Het Plein.
It was very instructive to see how our spaces and buildings adapt and grow over time and good to see that our building was still able to accommodate the schools various new directions of study.
