Finished in June 2011 this extension to the school, fills in an existing over hang of the original school which dates from the1970s.

The edge of the new extension takes a very fluid line using timber and glass which is in contrast to but not in opposition to the more massive concrete original.

This creates a light fresh entrance space as well as new accommodation for classrooms, library, after school clubs with extended administration space.
