The renovation of the roof, and the many façades of this commercial office building, had to take place while clients were in residence.

The building was being vandalised regularly, and this contributed further, to the lack of quality, in this mainly residential area.

After renovation, the building no longer presented a target and contributes more positively and pleasantly to its domestic environment.
