A curved wall wraps around the central circulation block and supporting columns of the existing building shell.  Its shape is derived from the turning circle of the wheelchairs used by the clients who visit the various treatment rooms and offices dispersed over four floors.

The resulting 2000 square metres of space varies, gently widening at entrances to rooms or creating a meeting space at the side of an office. The shape and transparency of the wall adjusts on each floor depending on the programme, level of privacy and natural light required.
