After successfully negotiating the tight planning regulations – the city of Amsterdam’s ‘Bestemmingsplan’, The house at 173 Helmersstraat is completed and occupied. The scheme combined a complex engineering strategy with the specific needs of the client. We supervised the project through from the engineering of the foundations and the concrete basement – fundering en bak (with Ten Napel BV) to the finished interior.
The house is one of four dwellings developed together on Helmersstraat. It is also our third group development on this particular street.
